This application allows users with the proper permissions to easily make changes to bell schedules. You can create an override at the school, grade, or student level.
To access the Bell Schedule Manager,
- Click on the Administration Tab (gear cog)
- Select System Manager.
- Follow this path in the folder tree:
- Schools > [School] > Grade Book Settings > School Options > [Current School Year] Options > Bell Schedules > Manage Bell Schedule Calendar > [Current School Year].
- The Bell Schedule Calendar will appear on the right.
Choose one of the following override options:
Select the day that you would like to edit. Then, to the right, at the top, in the School Override section, choose the bell schedule that will override the existing one. The color of the selected day will change according to the color key and the override selected.
Select the day that you would like to edit. Then, to the right, in the middle, in the Grade-Level Override section, click the Add Grade button. Choose a Grade Level and Bell Schedule. Then Save. The text of the selected day will change to white.
Select the day that you would like to edit. Then, to the right, at the bottom, in the Student-Level Override section, click the Add Student button. Choose a Bell Schedule and search for a student. Click the green plus button to add the student to the list on the right. You can add as many students as you'd like. When you're finished, click Close. The text of the selected day will change to white.
