Users with the proper permissions can now run the Student Grade Override Log report directly from the Grades tab. The report allows districts to see changes that have been made via the Grades tab or within the OnCourse Grade Book to the selected student's grades. You will see the user who edited the grade, the date and time the grade was modified, the override grade, and the override notes.
How does it work:
First, give the Grade Override Report resource to the users who you want to have access to the Student Grade Override Log report. Users with this resource will then see this new button
in the Grades tab, providing direct access to the report for the selected student.

Second, navigate to the Grades tab.
- Select Student Info
- Then choose the People option
- Open a student record
- Click on the Grades tab
- Click on the Grade Override Report button
