Now, when a teacher is removed from a section in the Class Manager, districts are able to select the date when the exit will be effective.
To do this:
- Navigate to the Class Manager
- Click on the Sections tab
- Navigate to the desired section
- Click on the associated teacher link in the Teachers column
- In the new window, click or beside the teacher you would like to remove
- Select the Effective Date
- Click the Remove Teacher button
- The teacher will be exited from the section
* If a future effective date is chosen, the teacher will be removed on the day the exit record is created. However, the correct exit date will be visible in the Change Log.
