There's an issue with the assignment tab loading in OnCourse Classroom and Assessment. We are working on a fix. In the meantime, clearing your cache will fix the problem. Below you will find directions for Macs and PCs for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.

Chrome Browser Mac:
- From the Chrome menu bar click Chrome
- Choose Clear Browsing Data
- Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data
- Click Clear Data
Chrome Browser PC:
- At the top right, click the three dots
- Click Settings
- Choose Privacy and Security
- Uncheck Cookies and other site data
- Check Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data

Firefox Browser Mac:
- From the Firefox menu bar click Firefox
- Select Preferences
- Choose Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Data section
- Click Clear Data
- Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button
Firefox Browser PC:
- At the top right, click the three dots
- Select Options
- Select the Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section
- Click Clear Data
- Uncheck Cookies and Site Data
- Check Cached Web Content
- Click the Clear button

Safari Browser Mac:
- From your Safari menu bar click Safari
- Click Preferences
- Select the Advanced tab
- Select Show Develop menu in menu bar
- Close the window
- Now from the menu bar click Develop
- Select Empty Caches
Safari Browser PC:
The Safari browser has been discontinued for PCs.

These directions work for Mac, but not PC. I recorded a screencastify video for my teachers to show them what to do, but it would be helpful if I could point them to an official Oncourse page that addresses my teachers' platform.
