To allow users to define search criteria even more, we've added the Student Listing parameter to three of our reports. This new parameter allows you to include or exclude student enrollment entry/exit data.
The parameter has been added to the following reports:
- Student Enrollment Entry/Exit Detail
- Student Enrollment Entry/Exit Export
- Student Enrollment Entry/Exit Summary
To access these reports
- Navigate to the Reporting tab
- Type Entry in the Search Results field
- Choose from one of the returned three reports
- Choose the appropriate parameters
- When selecting the Student Listing parameter, you have the following options:
- Include any student enrolled at any point in the year
- Exclude students not enrolled during the school calendar
- Run Report
