Sometimes teachers want a quick and easy way to provide students with access an external web page and they don't want the students to have to leave OnCourse Connect to do it. Well, now it's possible.
To attach a web link, teachers need to first open OnCourse Grade Book. Next, they need to navigate to a particular class and chooses the Class External Link option from the Actions menu. Then, paste the external web link they want students to access and Save. (You can even add multiple links. Just make sure there's a space between each web address.)
Now, when students log into OnCourse Connect, they will select the Schedule tab. The web link will be visible under the class name to which it was linked. The student just needs to click on the link and they will be taken to the linked web page.
