This feature allows a user to change his/her username. This can be done in two different places: the Profile Page and the Reset Password Screen.
Once logged into OnCourse Connect, click on the user's name and choose Profile. Then, simply change the username.
Reset Password Screen
The second place the username can be changed is on the Reset Password Screen.
When a user logs in for the first time, s/he is asked to change their password. They will also have the option to change their username.
The new user will be instructed to go to www.oncourseconnect.com. Here s/he will use the system generated username and password given to them by their district to log in. Next, they will be taken to the Reset Password Screen. Here s/he will create a new password and also have the option of changing their username to something more convenient.
