Footer on Exported Registration Submission
Previously, only the registrant's name (usually the guardian) was visible at the bottom of an exported student registration submission. This sometimes created confusion, since parent's names can differ from their children's. To remedy this, we made a few changes. Now, displayed in the footer of every page of an exported student submission will be:
- Student Name
- Student DOB
- Student Country of Birth
- The Date The Submission Was Exported
This information makes it easier for any staff member to quickly and accurately identify student submissions.
To export a submission, navigate to Online Registration and click on either the New Student Registration or Annual Registration tab. Next, choose either the Submitted or Finalized tab. Select a student, and click on the Export Registrant Submission option from the Actions menu. The student information will be visible at the bottom of each page.
Batch Processing of New Student and Annual Registrations
Processing multiple student registrations can be very time consuming and tedious. To help make this process easier, you now have the ability to batch process new and annual student registrations.
To do this, navigate to Online Registration, click on New Student Registrations, and select the Submitted tab. Next, click on the Gear and choose Registration Batch Processing. In the new window, select the students you'd like to reject, and click on the Reject button.
If you accidentally reject a registration and want to move it back to the Submitted tab, you can do this, too. Simply select the Rejected tab, click on the Gear icon, and choose Registration Batch Processing. In the new window, select the students you'd like to move back to the Submitted tab and click on the Move Back to Submitted Status button.
The system allows you to batch process Annual Registrations, too. Not only can you Reject multiple annual submissions, you can Finalize multiple annual submissions as well.
