Student Grade Warning Letters
This report enables administrators to find students who may be in danger of failing based on their current marking period grade. You get to choose the letter grade(s) of concern.
To do this, navigate to the Reports tab and search for the Student Grade Warning Letters report.
On the left, choose the desired parameters. Don't forget to Select Grades to Trigger Warning.
When you're finished, click Run Report.
On the right, a letter will be generated for each student that fits the selected parameters. Then, you can either print or download the report, it's up to you.
Online and Annual Registration Read-Only Fields
When you're setting up your Online and Annual Registration forms, you have the option of creating read-only fields. This way you can designate which fields guardians will be able to see, but not alter. Read-only fields will be grayed-out.
Registration forms are configured by OnCourse. If you would like to change existing fields, or add new read-only fields, please let us know and we'll get you set up right away.
"Real" Course Requests
It used to be that students could only see online teacher course recommendations and online student course requests in OnCourse Connect. However, with this new feature, any course requests that have been applied to a student in Master Scheduler are now visible in OnCourse Connect.
In order for online course request to show up in OnCourse Connect, you will need to set up the start and stop dates in the School Setup Options page in the System Manager.
Work Phone Ext Field in Guardian Record
Now, when you add a new guardian, you have the option to include a work extension.
