View Stacked/Compiled Reports
Once the report is built, it will appear in the main state reporting window. As you run additional reports, they will appear in a stacked list showing the name you chose for the report, who ran the report, that date the report was cerated, the effective date of the data in that report and the school year.
The numbers listed in the "Schools" and "Record Sets" are live links and, when clicked, will open new windows that will display that information.
In order to view individual records, click the magnifying glass icon pertaining to any report.
View and Export Individual Report Sets
In this new window, you will be able to select individual record sets on the left-hand side, displaying that record's information in the main window. At any time, you can export these record set to Microsoft Excel. This allows you to verify.
