Using OnCourse Evaluate administrators, teachers and staff can create Professional Growth Plans. Creating these plans in OnCourse simply requires importing or adding a template into the system.

Access System Setup Tab
As a System Setup Manager, access your System Setup tab.

Add Professional Growth Plans
Once you select Professional Growth Plans from the sidebar, click the green (+) button in order to add a new plan.

Enter Template
You can type the plan directly into the new window, or you can import your plan if you have it saved as a Microsoft Word document. Be sure to check the "Active" checkbox to make sure your new plan is available to other administrators.

Access Professional Growth Plans
By clicking on the Professional Growth Plans tab, you can see which staff members, organized by school and school year, have started a plan.

Changing Templates
If the incorrect template is chosen for a teacher, administrators can select a different template.
