If your school or district uses a series of rounds to manage your staff observations, follow this guide to learn how to set up and review those rounds.
Permissions Necessary: Observer Setup

From your Home screen, navigate to your Evaluation Manager.

Click on “Observer Setup.”

Click on “Observation Rounds.”

Select the appropriate school and, optionally, the department.

Check the box next to each teacher who will be observed by a particular observer in ANY round.

Click “Update Observer.”

Select that observer’s name and click “Update Observer.”

To view the teachers they need to observe, observers need to click on the “Observations” tab.

Notice the new drop down menu labeled “Rounds.”

Toggling that menu will change the list of observable teachers.

Notice also the ”All” option within the “School” drop down menu. This allows administrators to view their observable teachers from all schools in the district.
If you have the “Observer Setup” permission, you can change these assignments at any time. One the assignments have been given, observers can schedule and conduct observations normally.
