Hashtags (#) are used as labels that reference other information. In Evaluate, you can use hashtags to link evidence to your framework while conducting an observation.
This guide will provide an overview and example of the ability to apply
hashtags (#) to save you time when performing an observation or evaluation.
1. Framework Setup
In order to tag evidence to observations, you need to enable that feature for each framework you are using.
• In Evaluate Manager, click the System Setup
• Click the Frameworks
• Click the pencil icon next to a particular framework
• Check to see whether your levels allow tagging
2. Open Observation
Next, you'll want to schedule and open an observation as you normally would.
3. Input Evidence
In your observation, you will see an "Evidence" tab. When in this tab, you can begin typing your items of evidence.
4. Apply Hashtag
By typing two hashtags in succession (##), a list of your available framework levels will drop down, allowing you to select the level to which this evidence will be tagged. You can apply as many evidence hashtags as necessary.
5. See Linked Evidence
When you are rating during the observation, you can see the evidence tagged to each level in the framework. Simply click the icon labeled "Show Associated Evidence" and you will see each item you have tagged to each level.
