Reports cards can now be archived and made available to parents and students through OnCourse Connect. This guide will show you how to set your preferred report card type, and provide instructions showing how parents and students can download these archived report cards.

This tool needs to be activated by OnCourse, so if you do not have access, please contact OnCourse Support.
From the Student Information tab, select Report Card Archiver.
Select the Report Card Archiver tab.
Select school, school year, and grade level. The list to the right will automatically populate with your parameter selections.
Check the students for which you would like to archive report cards. Then click the Archive button.
Select a report card type.
Then complete the parameters.
Clicking View Report allows you to generate a preview, and then archive the report cards. Clicking Archive Report allows you to simply archive the report cards without creating a preview
When you archive the report cards, the newest archive file will overwrite any previous archived report cards for the selected students. Click Yes.
You may click the blue arrow to download an archived report card.
To delete archived files, check the appropriate boxes. Then choose Delete Records from the Actions drop down menu.
Students and parents can download report card from their respective OnCourse Connect Accounts from the "Academic History" section of their Dashboard.
