The drop down menus in the application sections of the IEP are built using collections. This guide will show you how to add and modify the collections.
Note: You must have Special Education Setup Access to Modify Collections
1. Where are the Collections?
1. Click on the Special Education tab.
2. Click on the Setup Tab.
3. This is the area for IEP Checkout and Application Collections.
2. App Section Collections
• Participation in District/State Assessments
• Goals and Objectives
• Statement of Special Ed./Related Services
• Modifications and Suppl. Aids/Services
• Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFP)
3. Participation in District/State Assessments
• Assessment Tab
• Click Add Test
• Type Test Name, Check Active and Add
• Click Add Subject for [Test Name]
• Type Test Name, Check Active and Add
• Modification Collections Tab: Click + to open folder, Add [Collection], or Edit Collection by clicking on the Collection
• Save
4. Goals and Objectives
• Click + to open folder
• Add [Collection], or
• Edit Collection by clicking on the Collection
• Save
5. Statement of Special Ed./Related Services
• Click + to open folder
• Add [Collection], or
• Edit Collection by clicking on the Collection
• Save
6. Modifications and Suppl. Aids/Services
• Click + to open folder
• Add [Collection], or
• Edit Collection by clicking on the Collection
• Save
7. PLAAFP
• Click + to open folder
• Add [Collection], or
• Edit Collection by clicking on the Collection
• Save
