Schools and district may grant different credits for different students taking the same class. OnCourse allows you to set potential and earned credits per student in the Class Manager.
In the same location, administrators can adjust the course type specifically per student; for example, if the student is taking the course remotely or online. This enables the school to accurately report course participation to the state.
You must have access to the Class Manager.
From the Home screen, navigate to the Class Manager.
You will navigate immediately to your Sections.
Open the student roster of a section.
Click on an Override Icon next to a particular student.
In the new menu, enter that student’s final and interim credit values as necessary. Keep in mind that this will appear on a student’s transcript record and will affect the student’s record in state reports.
You can also select how this course will be classified for that student. This will have an impact for that student in reports dealing with course records and scheduling, including state reports.

When you have finished making changes, save the new values.
