Attendance Administrators with a specific resource have access to the “Bulk Student Administration” tab. This section allows for the editing of of old attendance records for multiple students. You’ll be able to update and modify multiple records for multiple students simultaneously.
Click the “Bulk Student Administration” tab.
Select the appropriate school, school year, and date.
You must select a period of the day (if applicable), or the Daily Attendance value.
You must also use either a grade level, group, or membership group to filter the students.
Click “Get Students” to produce a list of students in the main window.
Clicking the column headers will sort the students by that item.
Check the boxes next to the students whose records you want to modify.
Set the attendance code, excuse code, and add comments if necessary.
The records will be saved automatically.
