The Attendance Track Manager allows OnCourse System Managers to set the attendance schedule for the school year including rotation days. The manager lets administrators adjust the calendar as the school year continues, correcting for unexpected dismissals and school closings. This guide will show you how to modify individual days, as well as change the settings for a wide date range.
Permissions Needed: System Manager access

Navigate the System Manager tree to find the Attendance Track.
School(s)> Choose a school> Grade Book Settings> School Options> Choose a school year> Attendance Tracks> Click directly on the desired school year

Notice the identified Rotation Days at the bottom of the screen.
Updating Single Days

In the attendance calendar, click on a particular day to see the properties on the right.

You can change any of these properties individually, including the rotation day.

Save the changes below.
Updating Multiple Days

To set up large portions of your attendance track, click the “Batch” icon.

Set a start date and end date.

For each weekday, choose a corresponding rotation day.

Alternately, you can create a rotation cycle. Start by clicking this icon.

Select the first rotation day in your cycle.

Repeat this process to complete your cycle.

Now, in each weekday field, select “Cycle” from the drop down menus.

Click “Batch” to apply your rotation cycle across the range you identified above.
