In many schools, a student's ability to participate in extra curricular activities is dependent on attendance and/or academics. We've added a new feature to help schools easily locate this information. To begin, a group needs to be created for each club or team. Once this is done:
- Go to the People tab
- Click on the Groups tab
- Select a particular group
- Click on the Actions menu
- Select View Student Data
- Choose either Grades or Attendance
- Scrolling through each student, one by one, you will see the necessary information on the right.
This attendance and grades data can be accessed when running a Regular Search or an Advanced Search.
