OnCourse will be performing its annual system rollover this June and July*. As our rollover process has changed dramatically from previous years, please take a few minutes to read this guide, it has everything you need to know about our new process.
________________________________________________________
1. Who Gets Rolled Over?
Everyone! As you move from one school year to another, your systems need to be updated. Please identify which of the two following groups you fall into in order to move forward with your Rollover
- If you use either the OnCourse Student Information System or the Grade Book, continue to step #2.
- If you do not use either of those modules, continue to step #6.

2. Rollover Form
The rollover form will be published on May 4th. Upon logging into their accounts, District-Wide Data Managers will be presented with an alert about the rollover which includes a link to our online rollover form. If the District-Wide Data Manager wishes to delegate this responsibility to another admin, they may let us know who that person is in the form or they can share the form's URL with the appropriate person.
________________________________________________________
3. Who Fills Out the Form?
This form should be filled out by one (1) person, traditionally by the District-Wide Data Manager or School Power Manager.
________________________________________________________
4. When is the Form Due?
The rollover form is due no later than June 10th.

5. What About Students Who Are Retained?
If you have students who are being retained, instructions are provided in the guide below:
Student Retention Guide (New Jersey)
Student Retention Guide (Louisiana)

6. What Will Happen to Our Integrations?
If you integrate OnCourse's software with another vendor, those integrations will be paused from July 1st - July 31st. During that time, OnCourse will not provide information to, or receive information from any outside software service. Once integrations resume the information will begin to update accordingly.

7. Considerations: OnCourse Connect
OnCourse Connect will not display information for the upcoming school year until the beginning of September. This action prevents displaying schedules prior to completion. If the upcoming school year needs to be displayed prior to the beginning of September, your District-Wide Data Manager can override this setting.

8. Considerations: Email Notifications
As a matter of convenience, we recommend turning off teacher email notifications from the System Manager
Schools > [School Name] > Grade Book Settings > School Options >
Teacher Grade Access.

9. Due Date and Contact
Remember, the rollover form is ABSOLUTELY due by June 10th.
If you have any questions during this process, please contact your Project Manager or OnCourse Support: support@oncoursesystems.com or via Live Chat
*Please Note: OnCourse advises that Louisiana districts complete their EOY reporting prior to rollover.

This says it was updated 8 days ago, but the reference to school year in the body is 2014-2015, also I can not find the link to the roll over form.
Thank you for calling this to our attention. The article has been updated and includes the Rollover form link.
