This guide will help familiarize you with the many lesson plan reports you have access to as an administrator.

2. Staff User Accounts Listing Report
These two reports will give you a full listing of account data related to each user, one generates within the website while another exports to Microsoft Excel.
*NOTE: These reports will NOT contain password information.**
3. Website Last Modified Report
This report will detail exactly when each staff member last modified their OnCourse Website.
4. Standards Correlated to Lesson Plans
These reports show the frequency with which specific standards have been linked to lesson plans. There are slight differences between the reports:
By Teacher: This report shows all standards linked in a bar graph, then distilled into individual teachers.
By Teacher (Detailed): This report shows standards linked by school, by teacher, by subject area, and how many times each standard was linked.
By Grade Level or Dept.: This report shows standards linked by staff department organized in a pie chart.
By Content Area: This report shows standards linked by discipline/content area with references and percentages of each in a pie chart.
5. Other References Correlated to Lesson Plans
This report shows the correlation of data sets created by the district and linked by the individual user in a pie chart format.
Possible data sets include:
• Accommodations & Modifications
• Counselor Standards
• Differentiation of Instruction
• Resources & Technology
These allow the district or school to see how often a teacher uses these instructional methods/resources in their daily lesson plans.
**NOTE: Your District System Administrator can create and make available “new” data sets for use in your district through the System Administrator Functions.**
6. Lesson Plan Comments Report
This report which prints all the Notes or Comments sent to an individual teacher over a specific period of time in a PDF format.
7. Lesson Plan Audit Report
This report shows what percentage of plans are:
• Submitted but not reviewed
• Not submitted

8. Export/Print Lesson Plans (Classic Planner Only)
This report will export your lesson plans as PDF files in the classic format.
9. Teacher Plans Posted Report
This report gives the date and time a teacher posted their plans for any given week. It even includes the IP address from which they posted the plans.
10. Class Based Standards Report
This report provides a listing of standards taught for the selected class section.
