This guide will walk administrators through their role in the SGO approval process.

1. SGO Evaluator Approval
If you are an SGO administrator, you will receive an email notification when an SGO has been submitted for review. You will have read-only access to the SGO and will be able to confirm or reject the SGO.

2. Confirming an SGO
Once you approve an SGO, you will be prompted to add notes to your approval, your activity will be recorded in the Approval History, and the badge in the Active Toolbar labeled "Initial Implementation" will turn green.
______________________________________________________________________________
3. Rejecting an SGO
If you reject an SGO, you will be able to leave notes for the teacher, and your activity will be added to the Approval History. The "Developing" badge in the Active Toolbar will revert to yellow noting that the status has not moved forward. The teacher will be able to review your notes and make the needed changes prior to resubmitting.

4. Mid-Year Review
During a mid-year review, only administrators have the ability to make changes to an SGO. Once any changes are confirmed, notes can be added and the Approval History is updated. The badge in the Active Toolbar labeled "Final Implementation" will become active.

5. Final Assessment
At the end of the year (based on permissions given to teachers) they can do the following:
Under the section labeled "Scoring Plans and Results", teachers or the evaluator will fill out the "Students at Target". The teacher can upload a document containing the final scores.
The "Attainment" figures will calculate automatically. The SGO score will generate automatically, and the final SGO score can be entered for verification or manually overridden.

6. Completing an SGO
Choose complete SGO after the teacher and evaluator have met and finalized all changes. This step cannot be undone.

7. Little Extras
Export to PDF - Print the cover page only for signatures and filing purposes.
Open SGO Log - This log will track any changes made to your SGO, by whom and date.
Deleting SGOs - You can delete an SGO during any phase of its completion.
